I have an extensive understanding of popular virtual conference platforms, including Zoom and Hopin, so able to handle all technical processes and provide support during any project implementation.
As the main point of contact, I will be your event manager and handle all communications with event suppliers and third parties to ensure a streamlined process and efficient delivery process, right up to, and during the event itself. Planning & organisation of the South Australia Club Dinner, for over 200 esteemed guests. I directed and executed all aspects of the event; from the marketing campaigns & communications, logistics, negotiation and management of suppliers, securing brand partnerships, to the event aesthetics. – design, format and itinerary. This acclaimed annual event held a budget of £40,000 and included coordinating the importation of a large shipment of wine through customs, as well as the preparation and delivery of the evening’s food, wine and music, all matched together in one successful, sensory experience
